Ganetts was founded on a simple frustration: it was surprisingly hard to buy genuinely good outdoor furniture, BBQs, and saunas in the UK without either overpaying at a boutique showroom or gambling on a flat-pack import that wouldn't survive a British winter.

We set out to build the alternative — a store that treats your garden with the same seriousness as your living room. Every product we list is chosen because we'd be happy to put it in our own outdoor space, not because it was the cheapest option we could find.

That means working directly with established manufacturers rather than anonymous marketplaces, being upfront about materials and build quality, and being genuinely reachable if something goes wrong. We're a small team, which means when you get in touch, you're talking to someone who actually knows the products — not a call centre script.
