Shipping

We deliver across the UK mainland. Products are dispatched directly from our trade partners' UK facilities, and delivery typically takes 15–29 working days from order confirmation, depending on the product and supplier. Exact estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page.

Standard delivery within the UK mainland is free on orders of £50 or more, and £10 on orders below £50. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email, and for large items our delivery partner may contact you to arrange a delivery slot.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we will arrange collection or cover the cost.

Certain bespoke or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation, and this is shown on the relevant product page. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within a reasonable time with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
