We deliver across UK mainland. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 working days, with larger items such as garden furniture sets, sheds, and saunas typically arriving within 5–10 working days due to the care needed in transporting them safely.

Made-to-order or pre-order items will show an estimated delivery window on the product page. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Larger items such as saunas, hot tubs, and outdoor kitchens may carry a bulky-item delivery charge, which will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any return delivery costs.

Due to the size of some products, certain large or bespoke items (such as made-to-order outdoor kitchens) may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns — this will always be made clear on the product page before you buy.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
